I seem to be missing something here. Pretty sure a person has to actually be convicted of being an insurrectionist in a court of law before you can take other legal action towards them for being an insurrectionist. Funny thing, though… the more Dems try to ruin Trump, the stronger he gets.
It’s quite apparent our Government, and I include establishment GOP, keeping going after President Trump in the hopes he’ll quit. Whereas I think PDT knows he could quit, but feels he’d be letting down regular America if he did.
