I’ve see two accounts – one said SU-35, which is an air superiority fighter, or an SU-34, a fighter-bomber. Either way, it’s possible the proverbial golden BB could bring it down with a single bullet from a ~ 30 cal. rifle, but accounts I’ve read of that occurring involved a number of ground guys with auto rifles unloading upward at a fairly low level aircraft carrying dumb munitions, not one guy with a single shot rifle.
Why would an air superiority Sukhoi SU-35, or for that matter the SU-34 with air-to-ground munitions be messing around below ~ 15,000 feet with modern air-to-air and air-to-ground smart weapons available now? Maybe chasing a helicopter?
Possible, but not probable. I’m calling propaganda for the home front.
He’s also dating Morgan Fairchild.

Well, if you’re gonna bring practicality and evidence into it…
Remember when this nonsense originally started, I said I wouldn’t comment until the propaganda settled down? Well, I’m still not commenting.
