Problem here is that prog judges don’t read the Constitution, they interpret it. And to them, the First doesn’t really mean “speech” it means “expression”. And violence, intimidation, etc (by THEIR troops) are just another form of expression, so they’re OK. QED.
Actually, a SCOTUS Justice, Oliver Wendall Holmes wrote; ‘Freedom of speech does not mean freedom to shout ‘fire!’ in a crowded theater.’
