Think about it.
My hypothesis is that there is a website which tracks every civilian aircraft in real time.
Then one can hang out near the local airport to watch for the plane in question.
From a safe distance, the obligatory convoy of black SUVs surrounded with flashing police vehicles and emergency trucks can be observed.
The destinations are reduced by creatures of habit, where one can camp out. (is there just one miscreant, or could there be others in other frequented locations?)
This leans back to ineffective (Playskool?) defense and inadequate perimeters.
Is DSS still around? Maybe they can contribute qualified people and training.
Or Any of a dozen other professional military and non military organizations.
Just a random thought.
