Where do I get a hunting permit, and is there a bag limit? Can I claim the ammunition used as a tax deduction for, y’know, “urban improvment”? Maybe contests between cities, with points accrued for distance or minimum number of shots required, or something.

I think a fortune could be made selling a spotter’s guide to gang members. Plumage (do-rags and facial tattoos etc), stance and movement (posturing, hand sign flashing), flocking areas, and mating behavior (don’t go there). Add some kind of life list, like in the old Field Guide To The Birds by Rodger Tory Peterson.
If nothing else there would quickly be a return to elegant dress in certain areas, once the bodies piled up enough.
