Granholm is a major source of air pollution because every time she opens her inane mouth, her head is full of methane where a brain ought to be. That’s cow farts to you non chem majors.
I really believe she just loves to hear herself talk.
Let’s see her recharge a troop of Electric Abrams MBTs in the middle of the desert during something like Operation Iraqi Freedom.
It’d be a real hoot to see a caravan of EV tanker trucks carrying diesel to refuel a caravan of Diesel generator trucks which leapfrog to the next EV tanker trucks trying to get to the diesel generator trucks in the middle of nowhere on the way to recharge the armor troop stranded in the middle of nowhere.
Or…. erect a giant solar farm and charging station in the desert to charge the armored beasts close to the battle.

Great! In less than 7 years we need a design on a bunch of platforms chosen, a bunch of assembly lines and deployment swapping out thousands of vehicles.

Normally, I might suggest she needs a keeper, but I fear even having someone to wrap her head in duct tape would not be enough to prevent the world from learning just what a dunderhead she actually is.
