I had a coworker who had always had an office job, and when he got a promotion into a factory area with computer remote controlled machines (that I had installed some years before), I cautioned him never to think he can beat the machines, and never to go near them without a lockout.
Within his first year, one of them dismembered him. I can still see his excited, happy face when he told me of his promotion.
