Not many of us are in a reading mood either.
What a tragedy.
😞
Like monetary interest, Evil never takes a holiday.
yeah, and lost in the Charlie Kirk coverage was the school shooting in the Denver suburb
And let’s not forget the kid that walked around in Boulder with a cellphone in his hand causing two high schools to be shut down and 20+ police cars going after the kid.
A teenager with a cellphone near a high school, what a tragedy.
Damned Boulder Karens!
A few years ago they sent the police after somebody using a pressure washer.
…and the US Naval Academy
I think I, maybe we, need a 48 hour cooling off to collect reason instead of rage. I’m currently in a berserker mood over all the evil Leftist shit they call politics, reasonable behavior, deserved payback, me first fuck you behavior.
Yeah, ain’t much to laugh at out there.
I’m not a gun guy, but the pictures of the person of interest have a guy with a backpack, but no rifle, coming and going.
does a Mauser come apart easily? was the gun found in the woods disassembled? if it’s in the backpack, why stop in the woods and drop it?
Smells like yesterday’s diapers, don’t it??
Such a sad, sad time for us all in our nation.
I’m just stunned.
On the upside, the terrible news this week was enough to bounce Pritzker, Chicago’s Johnson, and that commie from New York off the front page.
As to the Mauser, videos show the suspect walking with a limp, like he probably had the rifle pushed down his pant leg. He probably left it in the woods when he figured out that walking that way just wasn’t going to work.
News at this moment is that they have taken him into custody.
I didn’t know about the limp, a rifle down his pants, hmmm,
weird to put it back down his pants after the shot, then jump off the roof, must have made landing the jump off the roof interesting, only one knee to bend to absorb the force, I can see the difficulty of running through the woods, why not just leave the gun on the roof, old mauser might not be traceable, thanks.
Looks like the rifle was in a towel or something when he jumped.
He definitely dropped something as he hung, then picked it up and carried it away.
Dunno why he didn’t leave the rifle on the roof.
First rodeo??
I saw the vid of him dropping himself off the roof. Looked to me like he may have (at least) sprained his ankle. He seemed to limp as he took off, but it didn’t track him enough for me to be sure.
Good news is they caught the SOB.
Re: …enough to bounce Pritzker… Excellent point!
Likewise. I hear ya.
It’s okay to grieve, but leftoids have been trampling on my last nerve since the 1970s, when they feigned protesting war by waging war against America…
Just saw this post, Doug. I hear you.
What’s astonished me, though, is the “shot heard ’round the world” aspect.
Then, on top of that, the courage shown to speak publicly by Charlie’s widow.
