Look carefully, they shut down one of the three landing engines just before “landing” in the ocean – this was because the Starship would actually climb again if they didn’t. Those Raptors are POWERFUL.
Of course, they would run out of fuel Real Soon Now and the problem would shortly be moot. Heh.
