Routine eng/ops for us space-launch nerds:
• TUE night Falcon9, Starlink CA (textbook, nice vid)
• THU afternoon Electron, NoTimeTolouse NZ (mission #50)
• THU evening Falcon9, Astra FL (great vid and commentary)
Next Week: Four Falcon9s and a Falcon Heavy
______
Routine reminders:
– Times, Eastern
– Most official live-coverage links start around T-5min
– Only US-involved serious-business missions are included, not suborbital joyrides or foreign stuff
– Other entries are at my whim, since I’m mainly just entertainin’ myself, here
– Remember, space is hard
Suborbital joyrides?
Who would bother with something THAT pretentious?
😂😂😂
Starliner, TBD… https://phys.org/news/2024-06-nasa-delays-boeing-starliner-home.html
Sigh
Smart move. They are waiting for the last helium to leave the ship so that they can proudly declare “no more leaks”.
You were fortunate to work at Vandyland, Doug. My only launch was on October 1976 because I was “in the field” at Minot. Still was a hoot, though!
Cool
A couple years earlier,

Same delay as above, looks like it just got extended a day.
