The ISAR launch didn’t go so well. They cut away from the failure before the rocket was Command Detonated, unfortunately.
SpaceX *always* makes it look easy, but it’s not. This is a reminder.
It command detonated when it hit the water.

Saw that. They DID cut off the engines first, hit the water less than 100 meters from the launch site, thank goodness.
Scott Manley pointed out the roll problem just before everything went wonky.
As the feller said, ain’t s’post’a do that.
Looks like range control cut the engines and let ‘er fall safely into the water.
Yep, stuff that’s hard to do.
Just another “Aw, sh*t!” moment in Mankind’s attempt to reach the stars. The folks responsible for this launch are calling it a success, saying that it gave them a chance to test their flight termination protocols.
“Flight termination protocols”, otherwise known as GRAVITY?
Us uneducated peons would say that.
Figures. The Euroweenies can’t even do a RUD correctly.
Oh, I dunno…
I thought it was kind’a elegant.
With Amazing scenery, worthy of a Bond movie.
