Neil Armstrong selfie… http://sprite.phys.ncku.edu.tw/astrolab/mirrors/apod_e/ap230722.html
Fresh out of boot camp & class “A” school, watched this on the mess decks of the USS Vital, MSO-474 at our homeport of Panama City. (yeah I know) at dock at the Mine Defense Lab, later the Naval Research & Development lab.
Groovy, found Doug M and his way back rocketry posts.
Yayyy,
Blake’s back
You say that now…
By the way, Doug, I’m sorry I didn’t find you back when Starship decided to successfully leave the launch pad despite being minus an engine or three. And I still cannot believe that thing held together while spinning about it’s axis.
Yeah, quite the spectacle.
Frankly, I’m impressed that it got off the pad at all.
Eagerly awaiting the next episode
